2. Products & Descriptions
All items sold by Bulteel Antiques are antiques or collectibles. We make every effort to describe each item accurately, including its period, origin, condition, dimensions, and materials. Photographs are representative of the actual item. Due to the nature of antiques, minor imperfections consistent with age and use are to be expected and do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase. Each antique is a unique item — once sold, it is no longer available. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to a completed transaction.
4. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. As each item in our collection is unique, we cannot guarantee availability until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive confirmation of your order via the email address provided at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery arrangements will be confirmed after purchase. Due to the size, weight, and value of antique items, specialist courier services may be required. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be communicated before dispatch. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. We recommend that buyers arrange appropriate insurance for high-value items.
6. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
